I have transferred a large some off money to my credit card on the 28/11/2013 at 23H00, via internet banking I log on at 3pm to look what my balances were, only ton find out the money I transferred was not reflecting, i then call the call centre at credit card department who needed to confirm with internet department that the funds came out the account and went to the write credit card number which was confirm by Lerato who called me back in 30 mins to say all the internet department all was confirm who hen transferred me back to the credit card department WHO SAID IT WOULD TAKE 72HRS, I EXPLAIN I NEEDED this money today, I was then told that Josh will call me back, I left work got home at 5 & got the fone again where I spoke to Thabiso for and as transferred back and forth between the internet department and credit card department only to get transferred again to a voicemail to say they close at 18H00 so I hung up and called again spoke to kamini who then transferred me Koketjo who is a senior in cc department with no management or team leader said I need to now wait till Monday which I think is utter, I think the people in call centre's need to trained and well educated
