Service so bad, not even the M.D wants in

On the 28th October my fiance phoned Discovery insure to cancel the policy we had accepted before our first debit order. She was told that the debit order run had already occurred but they would refund us within 8 days. On the 11th of November after no signs of the money she phoned again. At this point she had been told once more that the following day the money would reflect. On the 14th of November after I felt that my fiance had been bulls#@ enough I phoned in and threw my toys out the cot. I requested to speak to the M.D who I was told was in a meeting but was assured that he would return my call the same day. To my horror I found out later during my last call with a consultant that the actual cancellation was only executed on the 11th of November when my fiance had phoned in for the third time. At this point my blood is boiling with no signs of even a hint of a phone call from even him. I'm sure he is aware of this huge up, and believe it or not I have not received my money yet.

I am disgusted for the total disregard for others financial situations as well as for allowing people to to us over the phone.
You keep other insurers in business... shocking in this day and age.
