TRACKER: Bad service and unauthorized debit

Tracker has debited my account for another persons car, which seems to be my sisters vehicle.
If so, her vehicle has been sold and her account cancelled.
They say they will take up to 5 working days to sort out the problem, which is unacceptable.
When saying that I want to cancel my account with them, they say that if I do then I will need to pay a fee, as the contract still has a year on it.
I said I will refuse to pay it and then Shaun, the manager said that tracker will then take legal action to retrieve the outstanding money on the contract.
So, Tracker has the right to make an unauthorized debit on my account with no recourse, but I have no recourse if they do this and still have to wait until they have followed their procedures to sort out the mistake they have made.
Bad service with tracker and I advise people to not use their service.
I will find some recourse, legally or with / and with the national consumer commission.
