Pathetic service

Ive had 2 tracker units in both my vehicles and have sold both of them and have been waiting for a response from tracker for 3 weeks now to move them over to my new ones after numerous emails and fone calls nothing has transpired. Ive since sold them and replaced both vehicles. Still no word from tracker. Last mail "we will get back to you shortly." STILL WAITING. I have since cancelled both contracts and debit order and will be moving to your opposition or a company that wants my money. Thanks For nothing Esp after 3 years
