I was in Randfontein area and decided to get 3 months bank statements on my 2 accounts. I now see I was charged R66X3 on the one account and R55X3 on the other account! I callled the customer care and they told me to go back to Randfontein for the reversal. Firstly I live in Eldorado park and was visiting in that area and there was a FNB there and I did what I needed to do. Now I am being told I must go back to Randfontein for the reversal? I must now spend R200 petrol just going there again because some did not know what they were doing and charged me triple on both accounts. i just want my money reversed as I do not have the time or money to go to Randfontein for someone else's mistake.
