This morning I called and asked to speak to the Manager who is responsible for the home loan department and was put through to a Wayne Bradbury who was only on his way to work who I later found out is only a call centre manager... Needless to say he promised to get back to me in 20 minutes and do you think i have heard from him... NO!!!
I realise it is impossible to speak personally to a manager in Standard Bank who actually cares, moving forward actually means going backwards fast. The home loan department within Standard Bank makes our worst governmental departments look brilliant!
How does a person address blunders and sloppy work within Standard Bank if you cant speak to someone responsible and who will take accountability..."Moving forward" means move your managers out of the front line and let your staff thunder forward with no direction, accountability.
