I have received very bad client service from Essential Med over the past couple of months, I have had queries and complaints via email that they have never replied to. This unfortunately happen after I had convinced my partner to switch from Discovery!

They increase your payments without telling you! I asked them what is was for. No reply. 06.03.13
I requested for a new card as I lost mine. No reply 06.03.13
I complained about the above. No reply 19.03.13
I complained about the lack of communication and attitude of the consultant with my dependent being covered as he cancelled his Discovery. No reply 19.03.13
I complained that I will not be covered because I increased the policy with coverage as well as adding a dependent. Treating me like a new customer even though I have been with Essential Med for over a year. No reply 19.03.13 (I requested the change of policy mid February 2013)
I recently complained about my policy details on their website when you log in which stated my dependent is still under Discovery. Also that my dependent and I have not received our cards yet. No reply 11.06.2013

I do not feel safe in knowing I will be covered when I need to use Essential Med.
