Pay out for repairs

Hi
i was in an accident ont he 2nd of august, called my insurance company at that time to notify them of this. its october now, not even once have i been contacted by them. i had to call them on numerous times until i had the repairs done myself. i previsouly have spoken to Connie and Herbet regarding the pay out (reimburse) which until today its not done. if there was a quotation for the repairs amount already why is it so hard for me to be paid out because its not like i dont pay my premiums? if this a problem, can you cancel my insurance whil at it. i will find myself another one
