First For Women Insurance
Insurance does not want to pay for the repairs

On the 24th April 2013 I was involved in a car accident where a scrap truck rolled backwards on a steep hill and my vehicle was damaged in the process and for which I was not responsible. I immediately notified my insurance First for Women of which I am a client. The accident involved 2 other vehicles which were also damaged by the truck. On the 25th April 2013 myself and the other 2 damaged vehicle owners reported the accident at Silverton police station in Pretoria where we were allocated a case number. Due to the fact that my insurance company did not want to pay for the repairs to my vehicle, I had to go to the bank and take out a loan of R9800 to repair my vehicle of which I am still waiting for the refund from First For woman. I did speak to a Mustapha Gaffor in connection with my claim, after which i received unsatisfactory service and attitude. For the past 5 months i have been waiting for a refund of which i believe its wrong for the client to have to pay out of her own pocket where the insurance was supposed to carry the cost. I am very unhappy because i dont receive any feedback from my insurance. I want my money of R9800 back for the repairs, what do i pay insurance for? Unhappy
