Poor service

When i took out insurance i thought it was my way out being stressed after an accident and little did i know that insurance could be your worst nightmare. I recently got into an accident and my car was taken to the worst possible autobody, I've asked countless times that my car be moved of which my plea ended on deaf ears. I have to liaise with the autobody and they always making excuses, I've contacted my insurance with a hope that they will help but nothing they always tell me they'll get back to me and never do, they don't keep me updated on the repairs of my car i always have to be the one calling them to find out how far they are, went as far as to complain to their client care but they are not doing anything about it. Ive tried cancelling my policy with them but they wont let me and yet they are not doing anything to keep me as a client. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST INSURANCE COVER ONE COULD EVER TAKE!
