Unfair treatment and dragging my claim

4 weeks ago my house burgled and burglars took EVERYTHING of value including my fridge and washing machine. I was horrified by the experience. I report it to police got a case number, police came for finger prints and found positive prints. I reported the claim to discovery I followed their processes. They sent and loss Adjuster from Crawco. He came and took our statement and pics. He then decline the claim due lack of minimum security and lack of proof of ownership, but my contract clearly states that I don't have burglar bars and alarm and DISCOVERY insured me like this. They take your premium and then at claim stage they all they have is DSICREPANCIES when come to paying out. I also provided bank statements and pictures of goods so I provided sufficient proof of ownership. So in essence I have proof all there discrepancies. Then they sent and investigator from prevent a loss to come and interrogate me and he says he don't believe they took my fridge and washing machine. Telling me to my face I'm and Criminal. I 'm sick and tired of discovery insure messing me around its 4 weeks I have been inconvenienced no fridge no washing machine. I have small 2 yr old. DISGUSTED
