Pathectic response!

I was robbed in August this year, reported it to zurich, got all the documentation and quotations done within a day or two then waited almost two weeks for the accessor to do inspection at my house! Zurich apparently only received the accessors report within this week (Not my problem?)Now more than six weeks later, i am still waiting for response and more important, ACTION!
