I was querying why my excess was increased from R3000 to R3300 of which Nombuso took her time to explain to me as well as convince me to see Miway as ''the'' insurance company. I must say I was humbled by her humility and level of tolerance that eventually made me smile again. I also asked her to help me change my form of ID from passport to ID, which she did with a very high level of patience and understanding. Well done.
