I filled in the online banking contact information asking them to contact me and no one has yet almost a week later. I spoke yesterday to the call centre requesting a call back and they promised me a call this morning which did not materialise! I am frustrated, I am looking at different banks to open a corporate banking account and they are supposed to be the worlds most innovative bank... at least Steve contacts interested clients...
