My savings bond matured yesterday, I had previously set my instruction for all funds to be paid into my cheque account on FNBs old online banking after they switched to their new online banking the instruction wasn't showing. I went into the Fish Hoek branch on a Saturday morning a month and a bit before maturity to confirm that they still had my instruction, the banker who assisted me assured me on their back office system the instruction was showing. To my disappointment my money has not been paid into my account only the interest. Why can't FNB do anything right?
As the "worlds innovative bank" why doesn't their system work? I want my money released.
