For years I have advocated the amazing service that FNB offers. I have been proud of my bank for their incredible service and efficiency and for this you have created a loyal client in me. I will often brag to non FNB clients about FNB's online banking and how it is so much better than the what is offered by other banks.

I am ashamed to say, that after logging onto the new Online Banking this morning I will not be able to brag any longer. I feel that "the most innovative bank" has produced a terrible product for their clients and it needs to be rectified as soon as possible before you lose the massive number of new clients acquired in your new marketing campaigns.

In the short space of time I spent on the new platform I experienced MANY bugs in the system! These are understandable, but inexcusable for a company like FNB that prides itself on this kind of thing. I keep getting kicked off online banking for no apparent reason. I cannot print anything, I cannot log in properly, the layout of everything is TERRIBLE and not user friendly!

Your old platform was wonderful. Can I opt into using the old platform instead of this new one?
