On Sunday I tried to buy electricity from your on-line site. You debited my credit card for the amount yet I got no voucher. Yesterday I got a call from your help desk stating that it would take 7 days to refund me. That is unacceptable. Either refund me today or give me R450 voucher TODAY. I consider this, I paid for vouchers, you gladly took my money and supplied me with nothing.
