I purchased a Local kitchen voucher for pizza and paid for it on the 16th of January. Up till today i have not been given a voucher for that purchase. Numerous times i have followed up with Groupon only to be told we have logged a call, call ref (#671145) and will advise once sorted. Its been almost a week and a half today and still no voucher has been issued despite receipt of proof of payment on their side. No problem has been communicated to me but they just wont give me a voucher for the purchase and their reason is we are waiting for payment to be allocated. All that i would appreciate is someone making an effort o get back to me or let me know what the problem is so it can be rectified. I left a message for their line manager Nas and still have not heard from him/her. I then asked the lasy i spoke to last on friday what the process would be for a refund and she said we wait for money to be allocated and then we begin the funds refund process which takes about3 days. Thi morning i see another email in my inbox mentioning that they have logged a call for a refund and it wont happen nowe because they are still waiting or funds allocation.
