NOt responsible enough to be an Insurance Co

Bumped my car on left side called A. Forbes sent my docs car was assessed & sent to their panelbeaters Premier Autobody Panelbeaters Booysens. Collected my vehicle from 3 quarter tank petrol to empty, 360km driven while being repaired for body damage. Resulting in engine damage of R92, 600. odd damage. This happened in Dec 2011 and to date no millage report from panelbeaters received or damage to engine repaired. No assistance with the Insurance when you need them and you just might get your goods in worse condition then you sent it in for.
