ABSA Rewards - what a joke

I Subscribed to absa rewards 2 years ago, meaning I spent R20.00 for 24 months. I swipe my debit card daily and this amounts to roughly R10, 000 a month just in card transactions. I just called to find out what my rewards balance is.. ready? a whopping R23.00

So in total I spent R480 to get R23.00 and I have never claimed on any of the vouchers they sent me as they are useless to me, they do not cater for anything I would spend money on.

Their answer as to why I only have so little... because I only have one card with them. they told me that as from 15 December they changed it so that you earn on all transactions even if you only have one card.. this is because they now see that FNB is doing this (MUCH BETTER BTW) with eBucks.

This is such a joke and I am most definitely considering moving to FNB. I am so dissapointed that after 4 years of being a loyal customer I get ripped off like this!
