Absa rewards cost me time and money

I signed up for ABSA rewards 3 years ago. I had to change credit cards shortly afterwards, and I asked that all my accounts (including my rewards) were linked to the new card. This never happened and although Im an ABSA rewards member for 3 years, almost no rewards have been paid.

I have been trying to sort this out with ABSA for almost a year now and nobody can help me and now just ignore my emails.

ABSA is a Joke!!!
