SMS alerts dont go off when purchases are made

I have an account with Capitec Bank and If I transfer money into my account, I receive an SMS alert to tell me that money has been paid in.

I have also withdrawn money and receive an SMS alert, but only with random transactions, instead of with EVERY transaction. I have withdrawn numerous times and received an alert, until recently. What is my guarantee that the correct amount is been withdrawn??

I would understand not receiving an alert once or twice, but more than 7 times... Something is not right.

If it is going to go on like this I will be forced to Cancel my account and use a different bank

I cannot put the exact date and time as it is on different days and different times
