Rewards Department Don't Know Whats Happening

Your Rewards Call Centre do not know what is happening.
I am new to ABSA - I moved all my products across to you. I have had my credit card a month and have paid to belong to your ABSA rewards programme. However I am not getting any rewards! I phoned your call-centre. One person tells me that I will get them tomorrow (as the date is standard across the board), another tells me this is not the case. All I know is that I'm spending a lot on my credit card and my rewards balance is zero and it should not be. Either they have not linked me properly OR the system is not allocating rewards. Please check into this, it's most frustrating - especially considering I am VERY happy with ABSA's service thus far. Please CALL me with a final answer. Thank you.
