Absa rewards does not pay out

I have been with the Absa rewards program now for 2 months (I paid my monthly subscription of R21 twice now already). According to my understanding, I am suppose to be on the 1% rewards tier, seeing that i have got 1 transaction product, and 3 Qualifying products with absa. This means that I am suppose to receive back 1% of the total of all purchases made on my credit card. I use my credit card for purchases on a daily basis for groceries, fuel and everything in between. If I make a rough estamation on my purchases since I joined, I calculate it to be roughly in the region of R6100. 1% of that is then R61, that is suppose to reflect on my rewards balance, yet, when I check it online, it shows I have a R0 balance.
