Poor Service with Policy Refund!

On 28/10/2013 I went to the Vereeniging Branch of Old Mutual to cancel my Retirement Anuity Policy. The lady who helped me told me that it takes 15-20 working days to get the policy closed, paid up and me refunded back my premiums. On 18/11/2013 I called the Old Mutual costemer service center to find out what's happening as I had not received any feedback with regard to the closure of the policy and was told the policy was still active, the lady then closed it and "paid it up" and told me it will take 15working days to get the refund.. After that I got an sms requesting I rate their service, I gave a 2. Only about a week later a lady called me to find out why I was unhappy with the service I told her and all she could say was "sorry". Still I got no email/sms from them confirming the closure. On 27/11/2013 I again called the call center and the guy who took my call refered me to the branch and gave me the name of the lady incharge of my account. I called her right after and have called her 3 other times since and each time I call it's like i'm calling her for the 1st time and have to explain my issue to her and she keeps taking down my details saying she'll get back to me.
