Called Sanlam on the 23/09/2013 to request to cash my policy spoke to Almarie De Villiers she emailed me Application to terminate the plan, i have completed it and send it back with required documentations on the 25/09/2013 since then i have not receive my payment i called the call centre on the 30-09/2013 spoke to Mpho promised that the payment will be done by thursday, called again on the 02/10/13 spoke to Siya he promised to send email for my payment to be done still nothing called again on the 03/10/2013 to to Siya again he transferred me to his senior Brenan, Brenan said the is a error blocking my payment so it will be done manual and they will communicate with me via email still no payment and no email was received from the to me except the one i received the first time from Almarie on the 23.09.2013 i have experienced nothing but bad service from sanlam promise that are not kept poor poor service indeed i was thinking of going to do another policy with them but sorry i'll look for another insurance.
