I sent an application for a cash back on one of my matured policies on tuesday the 11 June 2013 and the next day i recieved an email saying they have recieved my documents, and i was promised my application will take 48hrs to be finalised, after waiting and no response on friday the 14 June 2013 i called again and spoke to one of their employees who said she cant find some of my documents. on the call i made i holded for more than 30minutes and i asked the lady if she cant call me back when she gets all my documentation and she promised. She never called and on tuesday morning i called again to check on how my application went and another lady said the same thing and finally she said she has found everything and was finalising the matter, now as i'm writing this complaint its been more than a week since i have been waiting for my money and i have been so inconvinienced by Sanlam on the plans i had for my money. I have invested a lot of money in them and i'm soo dissapointent by their service. I want my money as of yesterday i didnt know a claim can take a week and a half to finalise. they are very bad, and i'm very angry and dissapointed in them.
