CANCELLED BUT STILL DEDUCT

I HAVE CANCELLED MY RETIREMENT ANNUITY WITH SANLAM IN JUNE 2013, MY MONEY WAS PAID BACK BUT ON THE 15TH OF JULY THEY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY SALARY. ON THE 16TH I SENT AN EMAIL THROUGH TO THEM INFORMING THEM THAT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED ON A CANCELLED POLICY. THEY JUST SENT AN EMAIL THAT THEY RECEIVED MY REQUEST. ON THE 22ND I SENT THROUGH ANOTHER EMAIL CHECKING ON HOW FAR THEY ARE WITH MY REQUEST THATS WHEN I GOT ANOTHER EMAIL THAT I NEED SEND THROUGH A COPY OF MY ID AND BANK STATEMENT WHICH I DID ON THE 23/07/2013. STILL TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. SANLAM I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
