Waiting 3 months for answe

I applied months ago for pension and sent all documents to then in a Ms Olga O Manjene signed for it on the 17/07/13 at 09h56 for it, i called hundred's of rand's to try and get answer but to no avail, i ajust want and answer as how long and when and what do they still need to finish this problem? i asked my sister to call with my id and address and everything but they refused to help as i must call myself but i cant i have a cell and it cost a lot of money and you hold on for 45 to hour every time you call. why cant they email back as i did email them 78 times and not one respons, i have been medical boarded and waits my answer and don't have any money since Feb. all i want is an answer please is that so hard to email me back. i did submit there document and my address and id and they did signed for it cant understand why they so rude!! my father waited 3 years and my mother a year, why?? can some one in the Mifba just help??
