Sanlam loan via direct axis wrongful deduction x2!

As per the previous complaint:

I was promised by Quinita at Direct Axis per phone call that my next payment will only be in FEB due to my January payment skip! I was promised the same by Renaud Lategan from Sanlam
A quote from Renaud Lategan - Sanlam Client Relations "she explained the situation, and that the premium holiday is in place for January, and that the next deduction will be done end of February"
BUT GUESS WHAT??
A payment went of on the 6th Jan/31st Jan = R2490.46 where it was supposed to happen like this :
31st December R1245.23
Jan NO PAYMENT
28 Feb R1245.23

I have now started laying a complaint against Renaud and Quinita both as I was assured that it won't be deducted in Jan, but only end of Feb again. This was caused by either incompetence or blatant to shut me up!
I have also started the procedure to lay a complaint against Direct Axis and Sanlam at the NCR, and busy with an email and also correct procedures to inform the Sanlam Arbitrator and If I do not receive my refund ASAP I will also go to Roodepoort Record/Northsider as they are looking for consumer horror stories!!
