Loan Tracer Sa
Unauthorized deductions & inability to communicate

I did an online search for loan and Loan Tracer appeared in the search box. I did a quick online application as to determine what their rates ect would be. After receiving their paperwork and the ridiculous percentage on repayments, I declined to make use of any other services. They have just deducted my ABSA account with R399. I have been trying to get hold of them based on the numbers provided on their website. The first 086 number only rings or goes over to silence, whiles the next number transfers you to an automated voicebox that tells you that the inbox is too full and can't take anymore voicemessages. I did not agree on any transfer being made on my account - most definitely taking this further with small claims court. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL
