I am not happy with Nedbank's service of the past few weeks. I have a problem with the following:
o I have been waiting to hear about a credit card facility with a limit of no more than R5 000 for more than six weeks. I have an excellent credit record with Nedbank since I've been a client of them, I provided them with all the necessary documentation and as I was granted a personal loan of R120 000 in February 2013 (without any questions asked), I do not understand the delay in providing me with a simple yes or no answer.
o I requested my personal relationship banker to move my debit orders from one account to another five weeks ago and it's not done yet. It also takes her four to five days to answer my emails!
I will move all my business to another bank.
