Problem still not resolved after 5 months

I complained on Hellopeter on the 11th of February this year about a loan. My identity was and a loan of R120 000 was granted. I disputed the loan and submitted all the documents they required so they could start with the investigations.
Till today, Nedbank is still investigating and I'm told the same story I was told 5 months ago. They keep on telling me that it is still under investigation.

I have a personal loan which I don't know that is on 150 plus days which is affecting my credit record. I can't even open n account because of this frustrating loan. NEDBANK is just damaging my profile and it seems like they don't care.
