Complaint againts debt collecting company

Good day

I have lodge a complain against a debt collecting company.
I phoned the National Credit regulator 2weeks ago regarding a complain against the company. The lady who answered the phone gave me a email address to send my complain to. I mailed them on the 20/09/2013 and have had no reply to date.
The company i lodged the complain about has summons me to court and I'm in urgent need of their assistants

A couple of years ago I contacted a company (don't remember the companies name) requesting help with my debt. The person that spoke to me over the phone said that as soon as they get my first payment they will start the process. They send me form where I had to work out my expenses for the month, which I filled in and signed.
I didn't pay them and when someone contacted me I said that they must cancel everything.
They have never rendered any service to me and today they dragging me to court.

Sometime last year the Sheriff of the court came to my work and issued me a summons. I then phone the attorneys and arrange payment with the
