HARASSMENT FROM DEBT TRACKER CC

Good day,

Debt Tracker, after 5 & a half years, has contacted me for a supposed debt that I owe to the University of KwaZulu Natal. (No debt can be collected legally without proof after 3 years). I have liased with the university and debt tracker and found that I was being charged for 2nd semester subjects wich i didn't even register for, since I left after 1st semester, and there are documents to prove that. So the university had charged me for subjects i didn't even register for and not one documentation or phone call was received from UKZN or Debt tracker until 2012 last year. After threats of summons from the Financial manager of UKZN and debt tracker, my attorney and I agreed to await the summons and take them to court.

Till this day I have received no court summons yet I have continuous harassing phone calls from Megan Hendricks and Debt tracker to pay my "Debt". The best part of it all is every time Megan Hendricks calls, it's like she's speaking to me for the first time and does not recall any previous correspondence!

A shameful organization that takes on cases without investigating them prior to demanding debt!
