Wrongly charged for a debt i dont know

This is my 2nd complain i sent the 1st last year and someone from heita called to tell me that they have cleared everything against me and the account is 0:00.but now again the messages are coming every week threatening me with a court order, this is how it reads"mr mkasi a court order will beobtained and summons served due to a default of R2182.30 with 8ta mobi ref 17270212.i dont know how many times should i say i never had a contract phone with 8ta or any other cellphone company.please look into this matter and fix it i owe you nothing
