I have applied for debt review in Aug 2013 where Niksha from debt eraser was brilliant in assisting. She sorted out all my queries and application. I am waiting for a court date of which my credit agreement can be finalized. To date (5months) I am still waiting for this to be finalized. According to the national credit act I should have received a court day within 3month! I have been requesting feedback from the legal manager of debt eraser however nobody has responded. It's been 2 weeks since my first mail to the company and still no response!!!
