Shocking Conduct

I was contacted by a person that refuses to provide her name or company that she works for threading me to settle debt that allegedly arose in 1999. I advised her that if the debt was due and payable then it would have prescribed. I tried to get further information but she was abusive and threw the phone down in my ear. It was also alleged that I made a payment in 2012 that I never did. Further to the above I was informed today that my ITC profile reflects that my monthly payment is R15 000-00 for Blue Bean but debt according to person is only R20 000-00. Thus false information is provided to ITC. This is unethical conduct and I will immediately lodge a complaint at National Credit Regulator and Banking Ombudsman.
