Standard really failed me when I had hoped they would be of help. I applied for customer assist. Was stringed along for almost three months and then declined on affordability. The fact is I wanted their assistance to alleviate that very problem. Their reasoning for wasting my time and declining me not really what I expected.
I will over time move to a more client friendly bank who really has their clients interest at heart. I would have gotten assistance from another institution but with the time passing my situation has worsened resulting in my window of opportunity slipping away. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
