FNB Insurance Brokers
So typical of FNB... How can you help yourself!

With the recent migration of selected insurance policies through FNB Insurance Brokers, some clients are finding themselves being handed over without permission to other insurance providers at higher premiums. Considering the above coupled with the fact that I am insured by Mutual & Federal though FNB Insurance Brokers, I took proactive action and called to find out what would become of my policy since my partner was one of the victims in this process. I sent an email to Gale Mametsa my current broker (or so I thought) only to get and automatic reply that she had left the company. I spoke to Robyn Booysen who advised me to contact FNBDirect. Robyn could not tell me who my broker would be. FNB never bothered to tell me my broker had left so I have no broker. I called Nkulela on 3rd Oct 13 at 13h31 at FNB direct but she could not give me a quote as the "systems were down". She promised to call me later that day or the next morning as she didnt know when the systems would be up again (I have the phone call recording). It's now the 7th Oct and no one has contacted me. FNB is useless and I will be taking this further. Corporate greed is at the heart of the FNB org. We are just a number.
