Insurance Claim Rebuked

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was involved in a car accident on the 4th of May and well I really do not understand the proof that they say they have against me. I tried going to the dispute department yet they were already involved with the case and had been either alerted already regarding my case so it was generally fruitless. I went to the ombudsman who also seemed to align with their notion of what the insurance had accused me of.

I just need the next best advice on how to challenge this, I am now paying for a car I do not have what can I do what about those premiums I have been paying for since 2011.
