5months claim still not payed

I'm on comprehensive policy, my brother got involved in an accident from work, went to drop a colleague and on his way home he got involved in an accident where a car hit him on the left, passing a red robot. king price is trying everything to prove my brother was drunk and wrong' the Accident report is done and no alcohol was found or reported on the scene. its five months do date' no communication from them via sms call or even email. i had to visit them to get all the information. the third party is giving them different story and for my surprise the company is considering his story, i have all the facts from accident report to my brother being at work and no alcohol' three facts about the case which i'll use to go to ombudsman. 1 Accident report saying no alcohol found. 2. confirmation of my brother coming from work. 3. its been five months without a car, is that fair to anybody, i'm still paying my premiums.
