Paying for premiums but claim not Paid

My case was taken to the ombusman, who concluded that because I supplied wrong information, and the insurance made mension that this was a misrepresentation and that I intentionally. I feel robbed and believe this case has not been fair and am proceding with an Appeal for this case. The matter will be dealt in court. How can I pay such expensive premium and they dont want to pay my claim but say they suffered prejudice. I mentioned that I didnt have any car for the past two years before buying my Polo, and how can I get discount from the premiums, and also how did I qualify for the discount if I was not insured for the past two years before buying a new car. This is not fair. Miway is able to take our premiums but when claims comes they dont want to loose, they make sure that they find a reason not to pay. Today I am paying for a car which I dont have, had to pay SMD for storage and releasing fee of the car. This is really traumatising and not fair. I was so happy that I was insured, people must play far from miway. They just want our money but they will never ever pay your claim.
