Increasing Premiums for 3rd party claim

I was involved in an accident last year and the 3rd was responsible and hit my car at the back, the damages were close R75000 - and I paid excess R4500. And I got an email to say that my premiums are going up by close to a 3rd of what I am currently paying and if I keep my premiums the way it is my excess will go up to R8000. I DONT HAVE THAT MONEY. I called the call centre and tried to see If I could be retained and clearly not because I was shown the door. I feel like I should pay for someone else' mistakes. My Insurance company is not interested in well being of their customers
