My personal finance transactions viewed by others

I moved out of my home, advised the bank to stop sending my bank statement to that old home on 3 occasions, I even went 3 times into the branch at lenasia trade route mall, even spoke to the manager called Martin, 2 years passed and they still sending mine and my wifes statements to the old home where others are now living, The people living their are my tenants, I am the landlord, so my tenants can see my personal finance details. The bank has displayed a incapability of following a simple instruction on more then one occasion, Very disappointed.
