I have applied to have my Retirement Annuity withdrawn and paid out due to emigration. Never mind they me around for 3 months claiming they attempted to contact me which they never did, never mind they couldn't tell me WHAT documentation they required and where to get resulting in MORE costs, nevermind that they ripped me off for a GRAND total of R11000 in FEES, of which R4500 (which is 16% of my policy value at the time) was taken because I cashed out, AND NEVERMIND that they are completely incompetent, but NOW... they are WAITING... YES WAITING...

There documentation and several emails which I can produce as LEGALLY binding evidence of the stipulation that the SARS TAX DIRECTIVE will take 21 Working Days to obtain... GUESS WHAT, IT IS WORKING DAY 34... 34!!! 15 DAYS OVERDUE!!!

Simple question to Old Mutual, its CEO and the INCOMPETENT -WITS, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH SARS. Like every other -UP of a government organisation in South Africa, YOU CANNOT LEAVE IT AND WAIT BECAUSE YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER.

I WANT WHAT IS LEFT OF MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. PICKUP THE PHONE AND GET ME MY GODDAMN MONEY!!!

I WANT AN ANSWER TODAY!!
