GIVE ME MY ANNUITY BENEFITS

Momentum Life has been telling me for more than 10 months that they are waiting for SARS to give them a tax directive in the payment of benefits of my retirement annuity, which I took out in 1987. This is ridiculous, as a Liberty Life policy with identical documentation, processed at exactly the same time, was paid out to me last November, 2012. My next step has to be legal action.
