Lack of feedback and Pay out

On the 2nd week of may 2013 my Dad submitted a claim for my deceased mother's retirement annuity. we brought all the documentation required. a few days later my Dad was called to submit more documentation which we had already submitted. he followed up in June and was told that all the requirements have been met and should expect pay out first week of June 2013.

Due to lack of payment i followed up again only to find out that Old mutual still wants some documentation off which most of it was submitted with the original claim. nobody made contact with my Dad about this documentation and he was not told when he inquired in June 2013.

This level of service is shocking. My mother made provisions that my brother who is still in Varsity is taken care off but now we cant pay the fees because of this bad service.

And now its another couple of months that we have to wait for as this process is very lengthy.
