Old Mutual
Retirement Fund not paid out after 19 months

My mother has a retirement annuity with Old Mutual of which she elected to receive 1/3 in cash in Dec 2011. Old Mutual requested additional documentation, and communicated that they had received everything by Feb 2012. We are STILL waiting for the money to be paid out. It is absolutely unacceptable. We keep being told that it will take another two weeks. How many more weeks must we wait? Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
