Advice for all people to be aware about [URL Removed] Hospital cash back. I took policy with Frank but when i was hospitalized i submitted all relevant documentation but they failed to pay me and wanted irrelevant documentations. They keep asking for test that i did years before i took the policy, and i disclosed all information with the consultant who assisted me to take the policy. The service was poor and i paid all premiums but they failed to pay me. Please be careful when taking [URL Removed] Hospital Plan.
